Gerald Green
Life’s many opportunities and experiences can certainly shape one’s life. Having grown up, and lived most of his life in major U.S. cities, Mr. Green’s opportunities and experiences fueled a desire to understand the workings of of urban environments and the unique components that make them both complex and powerful systems.
Educated at the School of Environmental Design, California State University San Luis Obispo, the Graduate School Design and the J.F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Mr. Green has over 40 years of experience in Local Government administration, shaping Local Land Use policy, and major project management. Mr. Green has served on multiple City Planning agencies in northern California including San Francisco, CA.
In 1996, Mr. Green was chosen to serve as Director of City Planning for the City & County of San Francisco by then Mayor Willie L. Brown. He served in that position until 2005.
After leaving Local Government for the private sector, Mr. Green has successfully used his professional experiences, knowledge and relationships to assist clients large and small to navigate necessary authorizations and relations with Local Governments.
